Michele Miner
Accounting Manager
Michele Miner brings more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience to Zelener Group, where she oversees the financial operations of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has been responsible for corporate and property accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, lease administration, insurance coordination, financing, and operational support. Her background spans both the construction and commercial real estate industries, providing her with extensive experience managing complex financial operations and supporting strategic business decisions. Michele is committed to implementing efficient processes, embracing new technologies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting that supports the company’s continued growth. She works closely with ownership, property managers, tenants, lenders, and vendors to maintain the financial health of the portfolio while delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. When she’s not at work, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, camping, hiking, boating, and taking advantage of everything Alaska has to offer.
Chad Myers
Property Manager
Chad Myers was Born in Minot, North Dakota and grew up in Perham, Minnesota. After graduating high school Chad enlisted into the United States Airforce as a tactical aircraft mechanic. The Airforce relocated Chad to Alaska where he was a member of the 90th Fighter Squadron. Over the past 20-years Chad has had a variety of careers including Aircraft Maintenance, Logistic and Vessel coordinator for Shell’s offshore drilling team in the Chukchi Sea and Drilling Fluids Specialist on the North Slope of Alaska. In late 2015 Chad decided it was time to make another change in his career, he decided to take on Real Estate. He joined the Zelener Group team as their Property Manager. Real Estate has been a welcomed challenge for Chad, with is mid-west work ethic and personal determination he and the Zelener Group’s team has overcome many of the company’s goals and challenges. Chad has called Alaska home for over 20-years, In Spring of 2019 Chad decided to leave Alaska and chase the sun, he relocated to Medford Oregon. From Oregon he continues his career as a Property Manager for Zelener Group’s remote properties located in Dutch Harbor. Chad enjoys a range of hobbies which include, riding motorcycle, horseback riding, hunting, and grilling with friends and family.
Kevin Hennigan
Property Manager
Kevin Hennigan was Born in Texas and quickly realized he didn’t like the heat, so he used his already advanced negotiation skills and convinced his parents to relocate to Alaska. He was 3 years old at the time and has loved negotiating ever since. After graduating from West High, Kevin found himself immersed in the fast-paced world of Real Estate where he has spent almost 20 years working deals and helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their Real Estate goals. As the newest member of the Zelener Group Kevin has transitioned to Commercial Real Estate. A few of his goals and priorities are to maintain positive relations with all of our Tenants, finding new Tenants and Businesses who can utilize the many different types of spaces the Zelener Group has to offer. In addition, he is always looking for the next acquisition to increase the Zelener Group portfolio. Outside of work Kevin enjoys spending most of his free time with his son Aiden. During the Summers you can find him coaching his sons Little League Team, Hiking, Fishing, Camping, 4 wheeling and generally enjoying everything Alaska has to offer.
